Diaflow: All Your AI Subscriptions Under One Roof

Right now, trying to use AI for actual work usually means duct-taping five different subscriptions together. You’ve got a chat subscription here, a workflow tool like Zapier or Make over there, an airtable-style database somewhere else, and a pile of messy API keys connecting them all. Diaflow aims to replace that entire pile with a single workspace. It’s an all-in-one platform for building AI workflows, deploying autonomous agents, and organizing your data.

How It Works

Instead of just giving you a blank chat box or a developer canvas, Diaflow bundles a few tools into one dashboard:

  1. Studio (The Workflow Builder): A visual, drag-and-drop canvas (similar to n8n or Make) where you connect triggers, AI models, and apps like Slack or your CRM. If you know how to code, you can drop in custom code blocks.
  2. Teammates (AI Agents): Autonomous bots you can set up to run 24/7 in the background, doing things like triaging support tickets, extracting data from invoices, or researching leads.
  3. Tables, Pages & Drive: Built-in databases, document editors, and cloud storage so your AI agents actually have a native place to read and write data without pinging external tools.

Why It’s Great

  • Kills subscription fatigue: Instead of paying separately for OpenAI, Anthropic, image generators, and an automation platform, Diaflow rolls access to top-tier models and workflow tools into one monthly bill.
  • Built-in privacy: If you’re using this for business, they don't train their models on your data. Everything is isolated to your workspace.
  • Fast to start: If staring at a blank node canvas gives you a headache, they have a library of community templates you can clone.
  • Generous entry point: There is a Free tier (500 monthly credits, 10 Studio projects, 1 autonomous agent) so you can thoroughly test your ideas. The Pro plan is $25/month ($20/mo if billed yearly), which unlocks 5,000 credits, 5 agents, and premium AI models.

The Catch

  • It’s a cloud ecosystem: Unlike self-hosted tools like n8n (which you could spin up on a VPS or PikaPods), Diaflow is a proprietary cloud platform. It’s convenient, fast, and managed for you, but your workflows live on their servers.
  • Credit watching: Because it runs on a monthly credit system, heavy automated workflows that loop through massive datasets or call expensive models can burn through your allowance faster than you think.
  • Huge price jump for teams: Going from a solo power user ($25/mo) to the Business plan is a massive leap straight to $300/month (which includes 10 seats and 60,000 credits). If you're a tiny team of two or three people, there isn't really a middle-ground tier yet.

How I am using it

I bought a lifetime deal for Diaflow on AppSumo a while ago, so I get 1000 monthly credits. I built a custom workflow that fetches an RSS feed that contains headlines from all major Latvian news websites, which then I ask Diaflow's LLM node to write a concise summary of, and then post the end result to another service. The consumer-facing website zinas.news fetches the end result.

The Verdict

If you are a open-source purist who wants to self-host every single webhook, stick with n8n, but if you're a solo founder, freelancer, or small team tired of juggling six different AI and automation bills, Diaflow is good deal. It gets out of your way, keeps your data private, and lets you build genuinely useful automations in an afternoon.
